Corn Casserole

This easy recipe comes from Lois Rhodes in Medford, Oregon.

2 cans cream corn
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and top with crumbs. Dot tip with 2 Tbsp. butter.

Bake for one hour at 350.

(You can add chopped ham, etc.)
